2026 MASBA National Conference

The Annual MASBA National Conference is our flagship gathering, bringing together school board members, education leaders, and partners from across the country. Held each fall, the conference offers two days of professional development, collaboration, and meaningful conversations that strengthen Latino equity in public education.

Attendees engage in keynote sessions, panel discussions, breakout workshops, and networking opportunities focused on effective governance and community-centered leadership. Past programming has included sessions on board governance, legislative updates, community engagement, student success strategies, and equity-driven district practices. Keynote speakers feature leaders and practitioners who offer forward-looking perspectives on representation, leadership, and the future of public education.
